Are there videos of this event?
This is great info for a small business owner that doesn't have the it support like the bigger companies.
Really conversion is the big issue for every webmaster. you site is ranking well but there is no gain no profit. I think there is no college for this. i think change your site design and content and analyse it. when you will get sucess this the university and college for you. I did it nicely.
